It is with grateful thanks to the Stark-King family, as well as to Jenny Smith's family before them, that we acknowledge their courage in presenting the day-to-day progress of their son’s Bone Marrow Transplant. Alpha Mannosidosis and the other Oligosaccharide Diseases, are so rare that such documentation provides an important knowledge base for other families and their caregivers. We hope the journals of both the Stark-King and Smith families will have such a benefit.
