Robert's mother, Kathleen, is maintaining diaries of her son's BMT for Alpha Mannosidosis. This section covers the details behind Robert's first transplant, which lost engraftment in the late winter of 2002. Shortly thereafter his family made the decision to proceed with a second transplant.
